This notice explains how Country Construction Limited (CCL) handles information about website visitors and people who contact us about our services.
Who is responsible for your information?
Country Construction Limited is the controller for personal information used for our own business purposes. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16270216. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

Information we use
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company details, project location and requirements, correspondence and any documents you choose to send. If you become a client, we may also hold quotation, contract, payment, site and project records needed to deliver the work.
The website enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. Its contents are not submitted to CCL through a website database. We receive them when you send your email. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses and access logs, to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- Enquiries, quotations and project delivery: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you. For business contacts acting for another organisation, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing business relationships.
- Business administration, security and claims: our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business and keeping appropriate records.
- Legal and regulatory records: to comply with applicable obligations, including tax, accounting and health and safety requirements.
You choose what to include in an enquiry. Without enough contact or project information, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation.
Sharing and service providers
Where necessary for the purpose, we may share relevant information with IT and email providers, professional advisers, accountants, insurers, suppliers, subcontractors, clients and parties involved in project delivery. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Where service providers process information outside the UK, appropriate lawful transfer arrangements and safeguards are required. Contact us if you would like information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business relationship or project, taking account of legal, tax, contractual, insurance and claims requirements. Enquiry records are reviewed when they are no longer needed; project and financial records may need to be retained longer. You can ask us about the retention criteria relevant to your information.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, receive certain data in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable conditions. We may need to confirm your identity when handling a request.
Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and website features
This website does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing embeds. The hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies or technical data needed for access, operation and security. The enquiry form does not save your entries in browser storage.
